Today we’d like to introduce you to Laya Laboe.

Hi Laya, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m Laya Laboe, the founder of Whole Fertility. I am a fertility coach specializing in the mental & emotional aspects of infertility.

My passion for healing arts and fertility came to life over 20 years ago and further developed during my own fertility struggles. I was older when I was ready to start a family; therefore, doctors labeled me with “geriatric” pregnancies because I was over 35 years old.

I suffered two miscarriages before I birthed my two daughters when I was 37 and 40 years old. My second miscarriage was traumatic, requiring two separate rounds of abortion medications. I finally needed a Dilation and Curettage (D&C) abortion procedure to remove the deceased fetus. I was in physical and emotional despair while miscarrying for three entire weeks due to this course of medical treatment.

The weekend after my D&C, I was scheduled to attend a Mind-Body Fertility Connection® Hypnosis training. Initially, I felt too sad, fragile, and vulnerable to attend, but I forced myself to go, and I am SO glad I did! During the training, I could heal what I originally viewed as a cut-up, scarred uterus and say goodbye to the Soul that once occupied my body. I got pregnant the very next month, which led to the birth of my first daughter!

My education and personal experience have enabled me to be an empathetic cheerleader in your corner, supporting you to nourish your body, mind, and emotions to be fortified for this voyage of a lifetime. I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Qigong Instructor specializing in fertility and embodiment. I am a Mind-Body Fertility Connection® Practitioner and a Qigong Healing Touch Practitioner with 20 years of Qigong and Tai Chi training and 11 years of Hypnotherapy practice. I am registered as a non-licensed psychotherapist in the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs. I have taught classes in Internal Alchemy Qigong and meditation at the People’s House in Denver. I have a private Fertility Coaching practice where I specialize in facilitating the process of fertility and embodiment through meditation, hypnotherapy, and Qigong therapy. I am a wife, mother, and friend. I enjoy reading, hiking, camping, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, scuba diving, mosaics, dancing, and martial arts.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am the only practitioner in the world that combines Hypnotherapy and Nei Kung meditation instruction in the fertility industry.

I currently have a 60% success rate, compared to only 24% for in-vitro fertilization (IVF)!

For women who have “unexplained infertility” or “secondary infertility,” meaning that they gave birth to a child but are unable to conceive again, there is a 99% chance that the reason is due to a sub-conscious block to fertility. I have been able to get most of my clients pregnant in just 3 sessions.

For the category of women who have medical reasons for their infertility and are undergoing IVF, those who combine a mind-body therapy along with IVF have a 50% greater likelihood for the fertilized embryo to implant in the uterus.

I also have an ability to “speak” to the soul child within a woman’s psychic field through writing to find out what is needed for the soul child to land in a woman’s womb.

I have a successful roofing business that has provided a good livelihood for my family. I am letting go of this company that I have spent 15 years developing, so that I can work full time in my fertility practice.

I am a serial entrepreneur and have worked for myself since I was 24 years old, which is a huge risk. Not having a stable income through an employer and having to self-start every endevour is risky, but rewarding when you are successful. I have also lived in foreign countries. I have explored the Amazonian jungle for days and have scuba dived with hundreds of man-eating sharks.

I have the aptitude for risk taking and so far it has served me well!
