Today we’d like to introduce you to Mahmoud Dukmak.

Hi Mahmoud, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
It was in the beginning of the year 2000. My business partner and I decided to move out of the Denver area and start our business in Golden close to the mountains.

It was not easy and it took us over 8 months to build our business. We were surprised by the huge volume of clientele that helped us to redeem all that long wait until we started operating our business.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We can’t tell that it was a struggle except for the wait to build and then it did not take us long to start normal business. What made it smooth is word of mouth from all our great friends.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My work can be described as a full-time manager, cook, prep, and customer service. My work starts early every day from shopping and picking the best quality ingredients to serving the tables. I am mostly specialized in taking care of the food quality at our restaurant.

My business partner Fayad worked for over 10 years in Saudi Arabia at a big restaurant and brought his experience to our business. We are proud of the good quality that we kept consistently all over 23 years. We are also proud of our loyal customers in this special town of Golden and this is what sets us apart from others.

Honesty and passion for making customers happy.
