Check Out Michael Grigsby’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Grigsby.

Hi Michael, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since childhood, I’ve been absolutely in love with helping others and networking. My mother raised me to serve, which allowed me to naturally discover the power of people. I’ve always had a knack for music and entertainment, which has led to quite a bit of travel and many many microphones over the years. Whether performing, public speaking, or event announcing, I am consistently on stage doing what I love most; Reaching People. The music I make, the children I speak to and the people I serve are my reasons for living.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The path to where I am today has been far from smooth, but without the struggles along the way, I would not be the man I am now. What I personally have endured and overcome is far less important than the lessons I’ve learned along the way. These are more valuable to you than my stories, so they are what I must share 1. Success is the pile of failures you stand atop. 2. Eternal optimism will always overcome. 3. Perspective is everything.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a musician, a national director of youth sporting events, and a man of service (for lack of better words). I am known for my stage performance, freestyle ability, and positive impact on others. I am most proud of my network. I communicate with and serve many people on a daily basis. This is my joy. I’m not sure if anything sets me apart from others but I live my life but these words. “I strive to be an example of gratitude, within the present moment.”

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
You can always change the lens through which you view this world. To give your, all is to receive your worth.
