Check Out Raemi Rue’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Raemi Rue.

Hi Raemi, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started out a kid with a polaroid. As life progressed, I found myself in my 20’s job hopping and unfulfilled. I did not love working for other people and decided to go off on my own and pursue what I had grown up loving. I ‘became’ a professional photographer in 2009 when a friend offered me $50. It’s been a long and beautiful road since then. I’ve come a long way in talent and quality and a proud of what I can produce to help businesses market their product and service. I work with local and national brands to produce campaigns that will level up their image and make them more money.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t know anyone who has never struggled when starting/running a business. It’s hard. And so rewarding. A big challenge for me was juggling two small kids while trying to get a business off the ground. It took a very long time. Family comes first, so what would have taken 3-4 years instead took 10. But that’s OK. That’s my life, and now I have a successful full-time photography business and have so far raised two very well adapted strong kids.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I take a lot of pictures of food and product. During the pandemic, so many businesses used that time to elevate and rebrand their existing websites and social media. I love helping people stand out from the competition.
