Today we’d like to introduce you to Sara Entzel.
Hi Sara, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve always been wired to build things that give women permission to choose themselves.
My career began in marketing and branding, where I built my agency and worked closely with entrepreneurs — especially women who were building incredible businesses while quietly carrying the weight of everything else in their lives. Over time, that work evolved into something deeper. I wrote She’s the Strategy to help women stop outsourcing their power and start building businesses — and lives — that actually align with who they are. From there, I created the Aligned AF Inner Circle, a monthly membership focused on mindset, identity, and sustainable success.
What I’ve learned through all of it is this: women hold so much. We are capable, high-functioning, resilient — and often exhausted.
One night, after a long day that left me unsettled and unable to sleep, I found myself asking a different question. Not “What’s wrong?” but “How do I uplevel a life that’s already good?” I live a great life. I love what I do. But I’m always looking for intentional, beautiful touches that make it even better.
I had been thinking for years about creating a women’s travel group — something simple, elevated, and free from pressure. That night, it clicked.
Hell Yes, Let’s Go — The Unapologetic Sabbatical was born.
It’s for the woman who doesn’t hate her life… she just wants a few days where she doesn’t have to run it.
I host quarterly long-weekend escapes (Thursday/Monday) designed for women who are tired of being everything to everyone and are ready for something that’s just for them. No forced programming. No performative networking. Just space — to rest, connect, laugh, and remember who you are outside of your responsibilities.
It’s not about escaping your life. It’s about stepping away long enough to return to it fully. And watching women give themselves that permission? That’s the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been perfectly smooth — but honestly, if it were, I’d question how meaningful it is.
Hell Yes, Let’s Go is still new. I launched it just a few months ago, and our first trip is already on the books. But building something like this stretched me in new ways. I’ve built businesses before — marketing, coaching, memberships — but group travel is a different animal. There are logistics, partnerships, pricing structures, backend systems… all the unsexy things that make the front end feel effortless.
But the real challenge? Mindset.
Convincing women to invest in themselves is harder than selling almost anything else — and that tells you everything about why this matters.
Women will say they’re exhausted. They’ll say they need a break. They’ll say they want connection. But when it’s time to actually book four days away? Guilt shows up. Responsibilities show up. “Is this selfish?” shows up. That’s the real resistance.
Launching this required me to hold the vision before there was proof. To believe in it before it was validated. To talk about rest in a culture that rewards burnout.
And building momentum from scratch always takes courage. You’re inviting people into something that doesn’t yet have years of history behind it — just your conviction.
But seeing women commit to this first trip? Watching them choose themselves without apology? That’s the confirmation!
Entrepreneurship isn’t about smooth roads. It’s about building something you believe in enough to figure it out in real time. And this one feels bigger than a business. It feels like permission.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Hell Yes, Let’s Go — The Unapologetic Sabbatical is a quarterly travel experience for women who don’t hate their lives… they’re just tired of running them.
I create space for women to exhale.
These are long-weekend escapes (Thursday/Monday), mostly at beautiful all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. Most trips are under $1,500 with flights included. You pick your flights. You show up. Everything else is handled.
No cooking. No cleaning. No managing everyone else’s needs. Just sunshine, connection, and zero responsibility.
What sets this apart? It’s what it’s not.
It’s not a retreat with mandatory programming.
It’s not forced networking.
It’s not a “fix yourself” workshop disguised as a vacation.
It’s intentionally low-pressure and high-quality. There’s an optional meet-and-greet, a private group chat to link up for dinners or beach time, and a flexible vibe. Socialize all weekend? Amazing! Disappear and nap? Fantastic!
I’m known for building brands that feel empowering without feeling heavy — and this is no different. The name says it all.
“Hell Yes” is a standard.
If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a no.
I’m not selling vacations. I’m normalizing women not having to earn rest.
This brand sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, identity, and lifestyle design. It’s for strong, funny, exhausted women who are capable of everything — but finally want something that’s just for them.
You don’t have to burn your life down to deserve a break from it. Sometimes the boldest business move — and life move — is booking the flight.
Hell yes. Let’s go.
Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
If you’re just starting out, here’s my advice: Stop waiting to feel ready!
You will not wake up one morning magically confident. Clarity doesn’t come before action — it comes from it. Every brand I’ve built started as a nudge. Not a perfect plan. Not a 40-page strategy. Just a quiet but persistent, “I think this matters.”
Second — say yes to yourself sooner!
Most women build businesses around what feels responsible, impressive, or safe. But the ideas that actually scale — and feel aligned — usually come from something deeply personal. Hell Yes, Let’s Go wasn’t a calculated trend play. It came from me laying awake one night thinking, “How do I uplevel a life that’s already good?” That question built an entirely new brand.
I wish I had known earlier that you’re allowed to build a life you don’t need to escape from. You’re allowed to pivot. You’re allowed to change your fucking mind. You’re allowed to want more — even when things are already good.
You don’t have to earn joy. You don’t have to justify rest. You don’t have to wait for burnout to change direction.
Entrepreneurship isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about backing yourself before there’s proof.
Build the business.
Book the flight.
Raise the standard for yourself.
