Check Out Seth Beamer’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Seth Beamer.

Seth Beamer

Hi Seth, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I’ve been a musician my whole life. Quite literally, I can’t remember what it’s like to not know what a major scale sounds like. After playing in ensembles and bands for years I was presented with the opportunity to start a solo career almost 2 years ago now. I’ve always had music written, but to finally have my own compositions come to fruition and be fully produced has been extremely fulfilling. I can honestly say having a solo career has been the most rewarding, and difficult experience I’ve had in my life. But it’s funny to start this so late in the game (I’m about to turn 33) and to feel like I’m evolving so quickly even still. I’m excited to see where the next few years take me.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It most certainly has not been a smooth road. This career and industry comes with a lot of hurdles not only in ability but in relationships and how opportunities are presented to you. But I would honestly say the biggest hurdle of all for me has been myself – getting past the stage fright, the shame, the self doubt, the insecurities. These are things that all artists go through, and something I still work on, but ya do it because you know it’s what you’re supposed to do, ya know? 🙂

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m all over the internet – as a musician, as a filmmaker, as a photographer, and as a general creative. Feel free to Google me! Or check me out on Spotify, Seth Beamer. I hope you dig the music, and let me know watcha think.
