Check Out Shane Dochterman’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shane Dochterman.

Shane, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I grew up in the Midwest in a single-parent family with two younger sisters and my Mother. Ever since I can remember I was always creating, having ideas and traveling my own path. After high school, Business ventures and life lead me west to Colorado, Denver to be specific. I launched an urban clothing line when I first got out here called Young N Lifted. I worked on that for multiple years but never got around to giving it full focus or commitment. Throughout many of those years, I dabbled in and out of the Cannabis industry until 2019. I ran into some legal issues. it was one of those stepping stones that brought me to Loud Pack Club. Life caused me to slow down and evaluate a few things. From that Loud Pack Club was born. A hybrid cannabis culture brand and subscription box company. A mix between my knowledge in both the cannabis industry and also clothing, design, art, swag and my connection to the streets.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
You know when you’re building and creating nothing a smooth road. There’s been smooth times and rocky. Finances and just general backing for indy companies is difficult. No one wants to jump on board or usually give chances until you’ve successful. Then at that point, it’s like I needed you back then. Lol. Obviously Covid and a lack of being able to access supplies and products which affected a lot of business, especially small ones. Also balancing time between work and my Son is always a difficult process.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I create custom gear including snapbacks, buckets, beanies, and tees. Known for crazy tailored custom Snapbacks and hats. attention to details and quality of our gear set up apart. We also deliver high-quality sub boxes for smokers and dabbers to their door. The boxes are tailored myself definitely something I put pride and deep personal knowledge into.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Ambition and Motivation. Every Day is a gift to build and create and just DO. Also resilience and the ability to adapt. You can’t quit especially when you want to create your own thing. You always have to be ready to adapt to ideas, situations, and problems so you can overcome and complete the task!
