Today we’d like to introduce you to Summer Phoenix. 

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey to what I offer and do began with a desire for something more, a search for something deeper in life. I was at a point in my life where I had an amazing career, awesome partner, good apartment, great friends, was in great physical shape but there was something that still felt missing. I began stumbling upon posts, discovering new stores, meeting new people that felt like a pull towards what it was I was desiring. 

I originally set out to save up for an Astrology reading, there was something about the way people talked about it that felt like something I could understand and benefit from. 

After that first reading, I began my studies to offer people the same ground-breaking experience I had. One thing led to the other and I’ve been studying different psychology, self-help, spiritual, scientific topics within the past 5 years- which has become the foundation and inspiration of my business. 

My goal is to help people connect to themselves in ways they never have before, deepen their sense of self-love, confidence, and purpose through healing past traumas and rewiring and creating new neural pathways in the brain. It is all about nurturing the mind first and then walking people through the embodiment of what they are becoming, helping them step into the life of their dreams. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No smooth road exists in my opinion. Like a heartbeat, life is meant to be experienced in ups and downs. It has been a journey of uncovering my own limiting patterning and beliefs, dealing with my self-doubt, the judgment, shame, self-hate that I had normalized for years. 

A ton of emotional processing, so many tears, and “ah-ha” moments, on top of building a business from the ground up. I have had to work multiple side jobs while showing up with everything I have for my own business. I’ve invested thousands of dollars into education and spent so much energy into crafting my own techniques and education for people I work with. 

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I help people heal themselves through the mind using creative modalities that rewire the neural pathways the brain takes. It’s a very profound, effective, fun way to find harmony within oneself. I do this through 1:1 and group programs and individual guided meditation sessions! I also give 1:1 Astrology Readings which helps Illuminate an individual’s Inner World. They discover the beauty of their unique essence and leave the session remembering that the best thing they can do for the world and themselves, is to be themselves. 

I am most proud of the transformations my clients’ experience. Upgrades on Upgrades!!! I mix all of my modalities and techniques together- so even someone who is learning about their Astrology placements ends up getting walked through unconscious limiting blocks and also a sneak peek at their Soul’s path in this lifetime. 

It’s a beautiful mixture of science and spirituality. 

We love surprises, fun facts, and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
That growing up with a brother who has severe bipolar schizophrenia and a sister who fought and won Leukemia were the two biggest inspirations for me getting into my work. I began to recognize patterns within my family, the treatment, and their relationship to self-love and recognized how it played a part in becoming sick. I became passionately determined to be the one to stop the patterning and teach others how to be that person for their family line as well. 

Even though I am now 26, I feel like it is something I’ve been observing and learning since I was 4
