Today we’d like to introduce you to Trevor Pacheco

Hi Trevor, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Born and raised in Auora Colorado. My father owned a plumbing company and I worked construction with him as a kid all throughout high school. After graduation I started my electrical apprenticeship. I joined a large commerical electrical contractor and started to find my way. It took four years of schooling and working in the field to obtain the required hours. I tested out a became a journyman electrican. I stuck with my original company for 12 years rising through the ranks and gaining valuable experience. I decided to branch out and start my own operation afer learning the in’s and out’s of my trade. In 2023 I established The Joint Project and hit the ground running. We havent slowed down since! Our soul purpose it to provide top notch electrical services at a consumer friendly cost. We take pride in our craft and treat evry job the same regardless of size or dollar amount. Im an electrican to the core and wouldnt have it any other way!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing came easy, Its a constant grind when running your own company. From building clientele, and trade connections to learning the hard way on a few projects. Its all a learning experience! But if you dont learn from your mistakes thats when your in trouble! All the trials and tribulations made The Joint Project into the company we are today. And were only going up from here.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Were a full service residential and commerical electrical contractor serving the denver metro area. Were licensed and insured and pride ourselfs on doing things the right way. Were know for being coustmer friendly and delivering top notch services. We aquire lots of repeat coustmers due to our professionalism, dedication to our craft and excellent service. Were proud of being family owned, colorado natives who love there craft. We are set apart by our standards and attention to detail. We care about our coustmers and want them to rant and rave about the product we deliver.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love being a native and all that comes with Colorado. From snowboarding and golf to the amazing scenery. Its all a blessing thats many dont realize.

Im not a fan of the boom we experience in the last 10 to 15 years. I remember no traffic and a lot less commotion on the day to day. But hey some of these transplants are great people and even better coustmers!
