Today we’d like to introduce you to Yuki Tojo.

Hi Yuki, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am an Army veteran and NPC physique competitor. For my practices I wanted to help improve the quality of life for my clients. The beauty of my practice is that I can build up and break down my clients through personal training. And provide recovery with my massage therapy practice

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
There were a few bumps in the road for example my schools going bankrupt during my time there, which means I had to jump through hoops to make sure I got the certification and time I needed to undergo licensure/ taking the certification exams for both practices

I specialize in deep tissue, sports, and neuromuscular massage to improve my clients well being

Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
The instructors whom I’ve been blessed with the privilege of meeting and working with have given me all the tools I need to become a successful person.
