Check Out Zach Hoerth’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Zach Hoerth.

Thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my entrepreneurial career young… Watching my grandfather who was a farmer and my father who was a deal maker, I developed into a hard-working, deal maker.

At the age of probably 7 or 8, I was brokering baseball card trades with baseball card shops and top-level collectors throughout the state. As I grew and my interests changed so did my business. After a ton of success with baseball cards, I begin fixing bicycles. As I collected extra parts, I started building bicycles and selling them off. By the time I was 12 or 13, I had been running a business of some sort for years and was just in that rhythm.

Through middle school and high school, I did more of the same. Taking note of needs and demands and filling that gap… being the solution. At 17, I dropped out of High School and begin work at a stock brokerage which was some of the greatest training I could have ever asked for. It ultimately catapulted me into my “Professional” career.

From that point on, I’ve set records with good size companies like Tesla, Mercedes, Chase, and more. I’ve owned my own businesses which have won all sorts of awards and accolades. Along the way, I learned that my strength was my enthusiasm… my energy, and how I was broadcasting it. I came to realize that broadcast was called “Marketing” and I began seeing opportunities everywhere I looked.

People would come to me asking how my businesses were achieving what they were and asking for advice on how their project could do the same. Before I knew it, I was consulting with businesses big and small and part of some amazing experiences. In 2006, I built my first website and have been actively building sites, doing digital marketing, and more ever since.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Oh my goodness… if you’re not willing to get beat up a little, get a day job!

The funny thing is that the “tempering” if you will is actually the ultimate reward. Sometimes we make the mistake and think the money or the prestige is what we’re after but at the end of the day, the real reward is seeing you have courage, and tenacity and won’t back down when times get tough… those are reasons to be proud for is having a stack of money.

I encourage all, even if you’re currently going through a difficult challenge to celebrate… I know it sounds crazy but these challenges are what are making us totally unique and valuable, with a special perspective that can help others.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My organization and team specialize in total business consulting.

We start with your logo, then create an amazing website, theme all your socials to match, put together a social strategy, and blog, shoot videos, create engaging ways to connect and build your community and measure everything so we know how to optimize it… We can advise people on their sales process and the tech tools they rely on to maximize their results. And so much more… Who’d thought when starting a web design business, we’d grow into what we have?

Having worked on hundreds and hundreds of projects with small to large businesses we’ve learned a ton and have become a super insightful resource to those we work with as a result on many topics.

What would you say has been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
What goes around comes around.

If you set out to go good, it’s not a matter of “if” but “when”… When you make it your goal above all to positively impact people, eventually your payday will come and I’d be willing to bet it’ll be even greater than you could have ever imagined.
