Hi Amanda, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I got into real estate in a very unexpected way. I was on Indeed one day and came across a scholarship listing for real estate school. I didn’t know anything about the industry or anyone in it, but something in me said to apply. I ended up earning the scholarship, and that simple decision opened the door to an entirely new chapter of my life.
I started my career with very little knowledge, only a strong work ethic and a belief that I could build something meaningful if I stayed consistent. In the beginning I said yes to every opportunity, even the ones that felt intimidating, because I knew each experience would shape me into the agent I wanted to become.
Over time I learned how much relationships matter. My business really grew once I stopped trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach and instead focused on serving people the way they needed to be served. That mindset shift helped me build trust, communicate more clearly, and give clients a sense of confidence during a process that can feel overwhelming.
Today I work on a team with The Apollo Group at eXp Realty, serving clients across the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs areas. I’ve built my business on transparency, education, and the belief that every client deserves to feel supported from our first conversation all the way through closing and beyond. It has taken years of hard work, personal growth, and staying committed even on the days that felt heavy, but I’m proud of where I am and even more excited for what is ahead.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Real estate is a business that tests you in ways you don’t expect. In the beginning I struggled with the uncertainty of it all. There’s no guaranteed income, no clear blueprint, and no one telling you if you’re on the right track. I had to learn how to trust myself and keep showing up even when the results were slow to come.
There were moments when deals fell apart at the last minute, clients backed out, or I felt overwhelmed by the amount of information I needed to learn. I also had to grow through a lot of self doubt. I didn’t come into the industry knowing anyone, so building a network from scratch took time and patience. Every challenge pushed me to become more resilient and more intentional about the way I run my business.
Those struggles shaped me into a stronger agent and a better person. They taught me how to stay calm during stressful moments, how to communicate more clearly, and how to guide clients through situations that would have overwhelmed me years ago. Looking back, the road wasn’t easy, but it was worth it because each obstacle helped me build the foundation I stand on today.

My business is built around the belief that real estate should feel clear, supportive, and personal. I help clients buy and sell homes across the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs areas, and I specialize in creating an experience where people feel informed, confident, and cared for from our first conversation through closing and long after the keys are handed over.
I’m known for my communication style and my ability to break the process into manageable steps. Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially for first-time buyers or anyone navigating a big life transition. I take pride in explaining the market in plain language, outlining every step, and preparing clients for what’s ahead so they never feel lost or alone in the process.
What truly sets me apart is my commitment to treating every client like a long-term relationship rather than a one-time transaction. I listen closely to what people need, tailor my approach to their personality and comfort level, and stay accessible so they always feel supported. My clients describe me as trustworthy, genuine, and easy to talk to, which is something I’m incredibly proud of because it reflects the heart of my business.
Brand wise, I’m most proud of the experience I’ve built. My goal is for clients to walk away feeling valued and empowered, with the sense that their Realtor was an advocate, a guide, and a steady source of clarity during an important life moment. Who else deserves credit in your story?
I definitely haven’t built this on my own. I’ve had people in my corner who believed in me long before I fully believed in myself, and their support has made all the difference.
My mom has been one of my biggest cheerleaders. She has always encouraged my big ideas and reminded me what I’m capable of, even during the moments when I doubted myself. Her support is a huge part of why I’ve been able to stay focused and keep going through the ups and downs of this business.
I’ve also had clients who trusted me early in my career, sometimes before I had the confidence to trust myself. Their belief in me pushed me to grow and set the foundation for the reputation I have today. Those early relationships taught me the power of showing up with honesty, transparency, and dedication.
I’m grateful for the teammates and industry partners who have supported me as well. The Apollo Group has given me a collaborative environment where I can learn, ask questions, and continue sharpening my skills. And the lenders, inspectors, and other professionals I work with consistently help create the smooth, well-supported experience I want every client to have.
It has truly been a team effort. Every person who offered advice, encouragement, opportunity, or trust has played a part in the business I’ve built, and I’m incredibly thankful for each one of them.
