Today we’d like to introduce you to Berenice Echavarria.

Hi Berenice, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I have been in the medical field for the past few years and now I am doing Real Estate as well. Honestly, I love helping others in any way that I can.

Now that I am doing Real Estate as well, I get to help a lot more people and it’s definitely very rewarding. Being able to help people reach goals that they never thought they would in their lifetime is very rewarding and heartwarming for sure.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth road I wish! I am a single mom of two boys just that alone is hard. I have one of my boys full-time and the other one 50/50 they both play sports and well you still have to take into consideration school, homework, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Not only do I have my regular job but I am currently doing Real Estate part-time.

Managing my time plays a big role, being organized definitely makes a difference, as finding the time to take care of myself in the process. Right now, my biggest struggle is that I feel like my days are not long enough to do everything I need/want to do. Sounds silly but is the truth in my case.

If I’m being fully honest Real Estate is hard and very overwhelming. There’s a lot to learn for sure but I am taking it day by day and meeting amazing people along the way that have helped me tremendously.

I am a realtor, I help anyone that is looking to buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate.
