Community Highlights: Meet Brandan Rader of Brandan Rader Consulting LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandan Rader.

Hi Brandan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Brandan M. Rader is an award-winning psychological researcher and interpersonal relationship expert. He graduated Cum Laude top of his class with a master’s degree in psychology and professional certificates in interpersonal relationship mediation, matchmaking, community and behavioral health, and human behavioral research. He has worked for universities, government agencies, and private companies investigating first date to divorce date. Brandan has honed his matchmaking skills with industry leaders and has worked with the largest matchmaking companies in the US. His academic foundation and professional experiences have provided him with understanding into the deepest webbings of interpersonal relationships.

One of my photos is of my partner and me, who have been together for 15 years. I believe the most important decision a person will make in life is their life partner, because they impact every aspect of our lives. I have been in a successful, healthy relationship, which has been a pivotal part of my journey. Relationships take work, which is a vital lesson I strive to impart to my clients.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I hail from humble beginnings in Wyoming. Consequently, I have worked from the age of 16 up until I launched my own company. Working while maintaining scholarly success and building a business is not for the faint of heart.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
My business provides services to help high-caliber people create their ideal romantic relationships through coaching, matchmaking, and educational products. The three divisions of the company are Deluxe Dating, C-Factor Matchmaking, and the L-Evate Products.

My academic foundation has provided me with an understanding into the deepest webbings of romantic relationships. My passion for research into human behavior and interpersonal relationships helps reveal patterns on a societal and individual level.

I have dedicated years to developing psychological techniques predicated on original research and well-founded theories to help people navigate the modern courtship into their ideal relationship. Some of these techniques, which have helped thousands of people, are now available in my first book, “The Love Attraction Journal.”

This journal is a powerful step-by-step guide based on the science of psychology and the law of attraction to help people attract their ideal partner. It is designed for anyone who wants to date with the intention of finding a lasting relationship.

We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
I view success as a puzzle. The constituent pieces of the puzzle are my individual goals. As I complete each goal, I successfully add another piece to the bigger picture of my ideal existence.
