Community Highlights: Meet Britt & Jess of SPRUCE

Today we’d like to introduce you to Spruce Design.

Hi Britt & Jess, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
SPRUCE, much like our friendship, grew from a shared love of design, nature and celebrating special moments, both big and small. Luck would have it that we were both putting down roots in Denver and beginning a new season of life with our families, just around the corner from each other. After years of collaborating on our own projects, we’re excited to help others make their homes the most welcoming they can be.
Our diverse experiences make us uniquely prepared for this venture. Spruce enables us to share our love of decorating, entertaining and creating childhood magic. Together, we love to create beautiful spaces that inspire beautiful moments.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We feel so lucky that we’ve had such amazing response to our whimsical business idea! Staying true to our vision and aesthetic has served us well and kept us on track. We are constantly learning and finding ways to improve along the way. Between juggling our own kiddos and starting up our business, we’ve had to get creative with time management but it’s all been worth it!

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Merging our fresh signature style with the four seasons, we design, curate & install everything you need for a beautiful front porch! Our seasonal packages include bountiful flower pots, a gorgeous wreath, layered rugs & lanterns. We also have holiday add-ons that can bring a little extra cheer mid-season! We set it all up & then whisk it away at the end of the season so you don’t have to lift a finger. We know what a luxury it is to have something taken off your plate and love bringing a little extra beauty to everyday life.

What are your plans for the future?
Our signature SPRUCE packages have already opened so many doors and we have been able to form such great relationships with so many of our amazing clients. We have had the opportunity to take on full service interior design projects and look forward to offering virtual design services as well. We can’t wait to see what lies ahead.
