My journey into event planning began with a deep appreciation for meaningful moments and the impact a well-executed event can have on people. What started as a passion for organization, design, and hospitality quickly turned into hands-on experience planning celebrations for friends, family, and local clients.

As demand grew, I founded Carlos T Events with a clear vision: to deliver elevated, stress-free events through thoughtful planning, attention to detail, and genuine client care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coordinating weddings, milestone celebrations, and special events across various destinations, each one refining my process and strengthening my industry relationships.

Today, Carlos T Events is known for its personalized approach, seamless execution, and commitment to creating unforgettable experiences. What hasn’t changed since the beginning is my dedication to my clients, every event is treated with the same care, intention, and passion that inspired me to start this journey in the first place. One of our biggest challenges early on was being younger in the industry. At times, it felt like we constantly had to prove ourselves, to clients, vendors, and even peers, simply to be taken seriously. Earning trust didn’t come automatically; it had to be built through consistency, professionalism, and results.

Through hard work, long hours, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we focused on letting our work speak for itself. Each successful event helped strengthen our reputation, and over time, word-of-mouth became our strongest endorsement. Slowly but steadily, our name and brand began to grow, and the credibility we once had to fight for became firmly established.

That journey reinforced the value of perseverance and purpose, and it continues to drive how we show up for every client and every event today.
