Today we’d like to introduce you to Cassandra Mann
Hi Cassandra, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
At 33, I’ve dived headfirst into the exhilarating and sometimes terrifying world of business ownership. The ups and downs are real, but my eight years of sobriety have taught me that fear can either hold you back or push you forward. I’ve chosen the latter.
When I first entered recovery, I was broken—mentally, physically, and emotionally. Homeless and alone, I thought I had no future. But after a failed suicide attempt, I joined a 12-Step program, and everything changed. Slowly, I rediscovered happiness, peace, and purpose. Today, I’m thriving—an active member of my community, serving on the board of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce, volunteer with Recovery Non-Profits and sponsor new women in sobriety. I met my husband who also shares a story of Recovery in 2016, we got married on our Jet Ski the same month we decided to start our business in 2021.
The transformation that sparked the birth of 4th Dimension Wraps & Graphics. Named in honor of our rebirth through recovery, our mission is to ignite creativity and self-expression in our clients. We offer Vinyl Wraps, Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film, and Signage—helping businesses and individuals make bold, visual statements. Every day feels like a new adventure, and I’m passionate about serving both my team and clients. Named Englewood’s Emerging Business of the Year 2024, and a 2024 Top 100 Woman Owned Business by Colorado Biz- my vision for 4th Dimension Graphics is on a trajectory that I am not sure I could have even fathomed when I was in the pits of addiction. Sobriety is my anchor, and with each step forward—choosing the next right thing and trusting the universe’s timing—I’m embracing my most authentic self. The future of my business isn’t just bright; it’s boundless…
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
When my husband, Brady Mann and I launched our business, we knew the road ahead would be anything but smooth—entrepreneurship demands sacrifices, especially in the face of fear. One of the hardest challenges was securing initial capital. We transitioned from the comfort of steady paychecks to the unsettling reality of financial instability. But as the business quickly gained traction, we began to find our footing.
With growth came big decisions, which were both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. One of the pivotal moments was purchasing our own large-scale printer to produce wraps in-house. It was a huge leap forward for us, but it also meant adapting swiftly—developing new processes, creating efficient workflows, and assembling the right design and production team. It was daunting and time-consuming, but we embraced the challenge.
While the journey has been tough at times, our foundation in recovery has been a guiding force. Our focus on community and our unwavering belief in ourselves have made the process not just bearable, but genuinely rewarding. Despite the obstacles, we’ve managed to make this venture enjoyable, exciting, and full of growth.

Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories was when I was 10 years old and had the incredible honor of being part of the Olympic Torch Relay for the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. As a young figure skater, I was invited to carry the torch on its journey across the country. Running with the Olympic flame, knowing I was helping bring it to the Winter Games, was such a surreal and inspiring experience. It’s a memory that has stuck with me—not just for the thrill of that moment, but of being a part of something that is known to universally unite people of all backgrounds.
