Today we’d like to introduce you to David Sahagun.

Hi David, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We started in late 2019 after a contact of ours reached out for the design of a few townhome developments. Those developments led to a couple more projects, thereby getting us started.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Larger projects have fallen through after the permits were in process or obtained. Market volatility, along with high-interest rates, have put projects on hold indefinitely causing delays or nonpayment for our services.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We do anything from single-family homes to industrial master planning or mixed-use developments.

We believe smaller jobs can lead to larger projects or recurring clients. We are proud to provide the same attention to a smaller project as to large developments.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Patience. Projects can take years before they are fully released for design or construction. Also, the ability to see things as they are and being able to move on to avoid sinking energy and funds.
