Today we’d like to introduce you to Eric Drapkin.

Hi Eric, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our story really began inside the healthcare space. My business partner, **Phil Jordan**, and I were both part of the leadership team at a hormone clinic— a clinic specializing in hormone optimization, testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, and medically supervised weight loss. Phil served as the Chief Marketing Officer, and I was the Chief Sales Officer.

Between Phil’s marketing expertise and my background in sales strategy, we were able to scale the business from a single location to fifteen clinics nationwide. That experience gave us firsthand insight into how powerful it is when marketing and sales operate in true alignment — and how rare that synergy is in most organizations.

That realization became the foundation for “Synergy Fusion Marketing”. We created it to bridge that gap for other businesses — combining high-level marketing strategy with real-world sales execution to drive measurable, sustainable growth.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Surprisingly our business has fallen smoothly into place, however much like most businesses starting up, there have been struggles and obstacles along the way. Being a marketing and sales company, our largest struggle has been dispelling the myth that we are not a “typical” marketing company. We offer clients everything from lead generation to all hands on deck sales team training.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Synergy Fusion Marketing ?
What sets us apart from other marketing companies is our sales-pipeline-first approach. We don’t just build campaigns or manage ads — we build systems. Every strategy we create is designed to integrate marketing performance with sales execution. That means our clients get marketing that’s not only creative and on-brand but directly tied to revenue, appointment flow, and conversion data.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Eric Drapkin was a very high level competitive soccer player and was also a high level competitive chess player. I was one of the top 100 ranked players for my age in the nation. I’ve always been extremely outgoing, social, always been the person to connect and pull friends together to spend time with one another. I always loved spending time outdoors in the woods and creeks in our neighborhood. My childhood was very happy and pleasant and my personality reflects that.
