Today we’d like to introduce you to Eva Garcia
Hi Eva, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a licensed Real Estate Consultant for the last 9 years and a Productivity Coach for the last 4 years. My journey into personal and professional development started in 2014. I had my youngest daughter in June 2014 and resigned from an admin position for a government agency. I wanted to stay home with her for a while. Well I am the type of person who cant sit still for long so I decided to look into getting my real estate license. I initially started my career in real estate intending to do it very part-time. My mom would buy properties and fix them up and sell them so my thought was I would just help her when she was ready to take on another project. I remember studying for my license when my daughter was just a few months old. Holding her and feeding her at 3 am while reading through my licensing materials. After finally completing the licensing requirements I started on my real estate journey Feb 2015. Although the intention was to do it part-time I had what most would think is a successful first year. 87% of agents don’t make it after to years so I was blessed to be able to have such a strong start. I went from just wanting to help my mom with her projects to recognizing there was a much bigger opportunity to help people in my community own their first home. After a couple of years of doing real estate part time I realized who you surround yourself with is important. I also realized how impactful it was to help people get into homeownership who never thought it was a possibility for their families. I decided to join a bigger brokerage to continue to grow my business. The company I partnered with and the mentors I had help push me to think bigger. Its much bigger then just selling real estate and I started to take many personal development courses in the company. Fast forward to 2020 and the coach at the time decided to resign. I was offered an independent contracting position to coach the new agents in the office. It has truly been an honor to continue my leadership journey and to help so many around me build their businesses. I was asked to speak at a national conference this year to give insight on how my agent coaching program has been so successful. It was such an honor. Helping people get into homeownership and helping agents build their businesses are two of my passions and its much bigger than real estate. Its about empowering people in our communities to think big, build wealth and live the life of their dreams.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have been many obstacles along the way. From financial to mental. The real estate sales and the coaching are both independent so I dont have a salary. Which is a great thing because there is not a ceiling but also can be a very scary thing is you are used to having stability. Mindset is extremely important to do well in this career. There are still days where I may second guess what I am doing as a coach and helping others. I have asked myself it is worth investing all of this time and energy into helping others on their business and personal development journey when I can focus on my real estate business and have less stress. The answer is always yes its worth it. It much bigger than me. Its not always easy but its always worth it. Helping and giving back are core values of mine and I am blessed to be able to do what I do.

For me, success means finding a healthy balance between my professional mission and strong family values. It’s about creating a life for myself and my family that’s filled with love, happiness, and lasting memories, while also achieving stability and financial freedom. My most important role is being a wife and mother, so being a positive role model and staying committed to becoming the best version of myself for my family is a huge driving force. I strive to be a woman who lifts others up and keeps moving forward, no matter the challenges I face. I want to be known as someone who genuinely cares, always gives back, and makes a positive difference in the lives of those around me.
Success, to me, is about resilience, compassion, and creating a meaningful impact that lasts—one that inspires and encourages others to always pursue their own goals and dreams.
