Community Highlights: Meet Kendra Bajcar of RE/MAX Nexus

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kendra Bajcar. 

Hi Kendra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a Colorado Native who grew up in a small town on the Eastern Plains. My first career was in the fitness realm as a personal trainer. This competitive background has served me well as a Real Estate Professional, especially in today’s hot seller’s market! My goal as your realtor, besides all of the many details it takes to buy or sell a home, is to provide excellent communication before, during, and after your transaction! If you’re not comfortable asking me a question, I haven’t done my job. If you’re reaching out to me to see what happens next, I haven’t done my job. Buying and selling a home is a stressful event, and it’s my priority to make it as smooth of a process as possible for you. After almost 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, I still love what I do! 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The road to success in Real Estate has been long and sometimes bumpy, but I wouldn’t change it! I started out working on teams as an assistant and then a full-time transaction coordinator. This taught me so much valuable information behind the scenes of all the detail work that goes into being a realtor as well as how to run a successful business.

As a Real Estate Professional, I am guiding people through a detailed process of buying or selling one of their largest assets. This is a great responsibility that I am honored to be a part of! And I hope we have some fun along the way. I specialize in Residential Sales across the front range of Colorado. 

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
When I’m not working, I am a wife, a mom of 3, and I love staying active by hiking, competing in triathlons, and playing outside with my kids!
