Born in Massachusetts, Linda has raised her own family in Denver, and for over two decades has been an active member of the communities she serves. During this time, Linda has gained an extensive knowledge of Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Greenwood Village, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Aurora, Lone Tree, and the greater Denver residential real estate market. Outside of work, Linda can be found enjoying the incredible city of Denver with her husband, Jim, their daughter, Kaitlyn, and two pampered rescue pups. Some of Linda’s favorite trips are to Mexico with Kaitlyn and to the North Shore of Massachusetts to visit family.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Real Estate always presents struggles, I have been through strong markets as well as challenging one throughout my 26 year career! I just take it one step at a time while keeping my client’s best interest in mind.

I came to LIV Sotheby’s about 8 years ago. I knew that I wanted to grow my business and that brand recognition was very important. The Sotheby’s brand is know for excellence and luxury. I specialize in marketing and social media, it is what I love most and what I am most proud of! I offer a video with each and every one of my listings which, believe it or not, is very unusual. I am known for being empathetic, knowledgeable, and honest with my clients. I always have my client’s best interest at heart. My goal is at the end of a transaction, I would like my Buyers and Sellers to feel confident that they would refer a family member or friend to me!

I love collaborating with other Agents! This is what I love about Sotheby’s. We are Agents throughout the globe, supporting each other on a daily/weekly basis!
