Community Highlights: Meet Mary Hastings of Harmonic Egg of Boulder County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mary Hastings.

Hi Mary, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was introduced to the Harmonic Egg by two Coaching Workshop participants. They gave me a gift certificate to the Harmonic Egg and I loved the experience. I had a session and immediately felt more relaxed and at peace with life. I loved it so much I became a member and went monthly for over a year. I enjoyed the experience so much I asked the Inventor, Gail Lynn, if she sold the Eggs. She did and I had one built so I could start a Wellness Center of my own.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Hahaha-smooth road, no! The Pandemic hit before I received my Egg and people were hesitant to leave their homes to try something new. Business growth has been slower than expected, but more and more people are learning about the Harmonic Egg and how it can help improve emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well being.

We are still here and now dealing with other unexpected issues. Boulder County experienced a wildfire in December 2021. Luckily, the Harmonic Egg of Boulder County survived the fire. We have been blessed to have the ability to help others that have experienced evacuations, trauma, and loss. The Harmonic Egg of Boulder County initially offered “love offering” sessions to people that needed help with stress, trauma, and loss related to the wildfire. Recently, Angel Donations have been made to help more than 20 people deal with their experiences of trauma and loss at no cost.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The Harmonic Egg is a sound and light relaxation chamber. The frequencies of sound and light go into every cell of the body and help to balance the body’s natural state of being. When that occurs, the body’s natural healing abilities take over and help to bring health and vitality into the body.

Sessions in the Harmonic Egg are 50 minutes long, however, I sit with my clients before each session to go over what they want to work on; that way I know what color of light and what song to choose so they have a session directed to their needs and desires.

What I am most proud of is when a client steps out of the Harmonic Egg and says they feel more relaxed, less stressed or out of pain. This lets me know that I have helped them, which is my goal.

There are different packages and memberships available to make the Harmonic Egg experience affordable. Harmonic Egg sessions are a great addition to your personal self-care programs.

Also, Remote Sessions are also offered. I have done sessions with people in India, UK, Poland and in the US and they all have experienced benefits even at a distance.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
People can work with me by first trying out the Harmonic Egg and then spreading the word about their experience.

I am open to collaborate with anyone that has ideas on helping people be healthy. One group of practitioners I currently work with are Therapists; helping to support their clients alongside talk therapy.

I also have a mission to help Veterans, First Responders, and Frontline Workers. I work with support organizations to help them take advantage of Harmonic Egg sessions and also offer a reduced session rate to people that have served or are currently working in these capacities.

The Harmonic Egg is also beneficial for children. Many Harmonic Egg Centers support Autistic/Asperger children and their families and they are having wonderful results. I would love to collaborate with organizations that support this population in our area.
