Today we’d like to introduce you to Megan Cary.
Hi Megan, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started out as a cosmetologist that started servicing celebrities, commercials, brands, ads and weddings and everything in between. As my brand got more exposure, I started to expand to different states such as California, Nevada, Mexico, Utah and the Rocky Mountain surrounding states. At a point I couldn’t service all by myself, so I started to contract out other talented artists to help and represent my company and I am now a Hair, Makeup, Wardrobe, Set and Prop Design agency with over 65 contractors servicing all areas!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would have to say that to date the biggest struggle has been navigating COVID in the beauty industry as we interact face to face with our clients the majority of the time. Thankfully we are still relevant and a successful functioning company despite all the ups and downs of the last two years.

We are an agency consisting of Hair, Makeup wardrobe, set and prop design. We focus on clients’ needs whether it is for Tv, Film, Events, commercials & branding, etc. What sets us apart from other agencies is that most agencies such as a modeling agency, only offer talent for a variety of jobs. With us our master hair and makeup artist and wardrobe stylist professionals we can target a larger audience who needs us as well as we are on location only!
How do you define success?
Success to me is finding something that your passionate about while maintaining a balance of work and personal time so you can have a career you wont be burnt out on down the road. Loving what you do is key!
