Bavarian Bakery was founded in 1987 by the Master Baker Michael Vyskocil. Michael bring his own and original and old fashion style recipes from Bavaria ,Germany. He have been committed to serving up delicious goodies to all of our customers for many years. Bavarian Bakery provides a delightful bakery experience by inspiring a culture of pride and satisfaction in our workplace.
Mr. Michael started with a small bakery in Longmont, and after his hard and passion work, he started to deliver his bread to King Soopers, City Market and Safeway stores in Colorado.

Michael Vyskocil and his professionals team create top quality, clean and not preservatives and not chemical and all natural products . His recipes for the delicious baked treats and bread, make sure to respond positively to the needs of the community. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or something to bring home and share, we’ve got just the thing for you.

Our bread is Kosher certified and it’s free of chemicals and preservatives, we are proud on making all natural breads and pastries. Come and check us out for a quick bite and coffee to go along our goodies.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
For the Master Baker Michael Vyskocil owner of Bavarian Bakery was not easy to stay in the business all this years.
The competition for the big bakeries and the economy in our country made the way for the business little bit hard to stay in the market.
The good quality of the Bavarian Bakery products and the support for so many customers in all Colorado, make to Michael Vyskocil want to continue working and serving to them with out not stop.

We’ve been impressed with Bavarian Bakery Enterprises, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Bavarian Bakery Enterprises, LLC, is a local business in Longmont Colorado, funded in October 10th, 1987 .
The owner Master Baker Michael Vyskocil emigrate from Bavaria Germany to Longmont in June 28th 1984, and decide to open a Old Fashion style bakery . His recipes for artesian bread are very clean, healthy and not chemical or preservatives in the product.

The Bavarian Bakery products are made with unbleached and not bromate flours, not preservatives and not chemicals.

I would like the readers know about Bavarian Bakery offer very high quality and healthy, low calories and not chemical breads since 1987.

My plans for the future is expand the Bavarian Bakery products to Nation Wide.
