Community Highlights: Meet Niamh Bergeron of Sweetie Pie Weddings

Today we’d like to introduce you to Niamh Bergeron.

Hi Niamh, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I fell in love with weddings about 10 years ago and had the opportunity to help several friends with their planning.

I started working at a local bridal gown shop about 5 years ago on a very part-time basis which has been wonderful! I decided to become a certified wedding planner about two years ago, and since then I’ve been dedicating myself to planning full-time! I feel so grateful to be able to help couples relieve stress and focus on the joy of their special day!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My struggles were mainly with my health. But, now that I am doing well I am extra grateful to be able to follow my dreams and to help others in whatever way I can.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Sweetie Pie Weddings?
I am a wedding planner based in Fort Collins, but I coordinate weddings throughout Colorado. I am branching out to do destination weddings throughout the US and internationally! I have a true passion for being of service. There is no “one size fits all” solution for wedding planning, so I am happy to cater my packages to meet the needs of each couple.

I’ve noticed that many couples lose their excitement about being engaged once they start planning on their own. My goal is to lend a hand so that couples can truly enjoy the planning experience and most importantly, their wedding day! I’m most proud of the feedback I’ve received from couples – it’s very affirming to hear their kind words!

I love partnering with other vendors and helping each other with our goals. To collaborate, I organize styled shoots, and I am honored to be part of the preferred vendor lists for several wedding venues. Of course, following Sweetie Pie Weddings on social media is always appreciated!
