Hi Paige, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Arkansas and moved to Colorado in 2017. It was at that time that I began to pursue my fitness career. I became very passionate about health and fitness after having my son, Luke. Like many new mothers, I experienced the challenges of balancing motherhood with self-care and wellness. Over the past decade, I’ve transformed my own life through fitness, lost 60 pounds, and discovered not only the physical benefits but also the mental and emotional strength that comes from committing to a healthy lifestyle. It was during this transformative journey that I realized my calling: to help other women navigate their own paths to health. I believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered—whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This career has been an incredibly rewarding journey. At the outset, I had the privilege of working alongside some exceptional coaches in the industry, from whom I learned invaluable lessons. I realized early on that my true passion lies in helping others, and I understood that building a successful path in this field would require significant time and dedication. Like many of us in the service industry, I’ve experienced my share of ups and downs, influenced by various factors, but each challenge has only strengthened my commitment to this fulfilling work.

I specialize in empowering women to feel their strongest and most confident selves. My focus is centered around corrective exercise to create the best balance within your body. Together, we’ll gradually introduce healthy habits while equipping you with the essential skills to lift heavier, build strength, and stay injury-free.
I offer a variety of training options to fit your lifestyle, including in-person sessions at my gym located at 8th & Sims in Lakewood, mobile training where I come to you, and virtual or remote coaching for those who prefer a flexible approach.
