Hi Paul, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I have recently just became Chair of a national culinary non profit up here in canada. Indigenous Culinary of associated nations. I own Vancouvers 1st Indigenous food truck mr bannock indigenous cuisine. I won multiple awards from Squamish Nation, the province of BC and also have been a guest chef on many tv shows in north america, london, austraillia, spain and china showcasing indigenous food ways.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
heck no! being an entreprenuer is hard. if it was easy everyone would do it lol i can tell more on the call as well.

family man, i have 4 biological kids and 4 kids through ex wife and current partner now. big fan of hockey, basket ball and wrestling.
