Hi Theodora, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
We began this journey 22 years ago with our family restaurant, African Grill and Bar LLC. The purpose was to support our family, avoid being a societal burden, and share our beautiful food and culture with the community and the country. Consistency, persistence, and dedication got us to where we are today, and above all, with our faith in our Maker.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Growing up my parents impacted in me that anything good comes with hard work and consistency, so there has been so many challenges but we were determined not to give up, rather keep pushing to the highest.

This family-friendly restaurant has been operating for over 22 years and is still going strong. I serve as the head chef and also manage daily operations whenthe need arises. What distinguishes us from others is our commitment to offering unique, authentic, healthy, gluten-free, and plant-based options. My focus is on providing quality over quantity. I strongly believe in fairness and being straightforward.

Any good thing takes time to get established
