Today we’d like to introduce you to Zee Zee Williams.
Hi Zee Zee, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Over the years, I’ve worn many hats as a wife, mother of four, businesswoman, and leader, and each role has shaped how I show up today. Alongside my husband, I co-founded KW Inc Life, an insurance marketing firm where I serve as Co-CEO and VP of Marketing and Recruitment. What began as building a business over 20 years ago evolved into something much deeper, helping others, especially women, build confidence, create income, and walk in purpose.
Along the way, I began having more conversations with women who were looking for guidance, balance, or simply their next step. Those conversations led me to create a self-care series for women, along with the Women in Business Cohort. The self-care series focuses on personal growth and wellness, while the Cohort provides strategy, mentorship, and professional support for women ready to take the next step.
A major part of my journey has been rooted in self-care and self-awareness. I realized that success doesn’t mean much if you lose yourself in the process. That understanding led me to create spaces and conversations centered around boundaries, growth, and empowerment, where women can be seen, heard, and supported.
Today, I’m grateful to lead, mentor, and connect with people across the country, helping them grow their businesses and step into their next level. My journey is still unfolding, but one thing remains the same. I am committed to building with intention, walking in purpose, and bringing others with me.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building businesses while raising four boys, balancing family life, and keeping my marriage sexy has had its challenges. There were times when I questioned if I could do it all or wondered if I was making the right decisions. Early on, I faced uncertainty about whether I could grow a business that truly made a difference, and there were moments of fear about taking risks or stepping into spaces where I didn’t yet feel ready.
But every struggle became a lesson. Every time I fell down, I didn’t stay there; I got back up. Some people look at the word “fail” and think it is something to fear. I have learned that if you break it apart, it really means “First Attempt In Learning.” I learned the power of boundaries, the importance of self-care, and the value of mentorship and support. I also realized that growth often comes from discomfort. Those challenges shaped me into the leader and mentor I am today and strengthened my commitment to helping other women navigate their own journeys with confidence and purpose.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about KW INC Life?
KW Inc Life is an insurance marketing firm my husband and I co-founded over 20 years ago. We specialize in helping individuals and families secure life insurance coverage, with a strong focus on final expense planning, while also supporting licensed life insurance agents in building, growing, and scaling their businesses.
What we are known for is our people-first approach. We go beyond policies and focus on relationships, education, and long-term impact. Whether it is a client looking for protection or an agent looking for direction, we create an environment where people feel supported, equipped, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
In addition to my work in the insurance industry, I have also built a separate space centered around women’s growth, self-awareness, and empowerment. Through my self-care series and the Women in Business Cohort, I create environments where women can reconnect with themselves, establish boundaries, and grow without losing who they are in the process.
The self-care series focuses on the internal work, helping women prioritize themselves, build self-awareness, and move with intention. The Women in Business Cohort builds on that foundation by combining mindset, strategy, and mentorship. It supports women not only in growing personally, but also in building and scaling their businesses with clarity, confidence, and structure.
Brand-wise, I am most proud of the impact across both spaces. Whether through business, mentorship, or personal development, the common thread is helping people grow with purpose and intention. I have created spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported, and that is something I will always value.
I want readers to know that everything I build is rooted in purpose. Whether you are someone who connects with us through KW Inc Life or through my work with women, the goal is the same, to help people grow, build, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
Any big plans?
Looking ahead, my plans are focused on growth, both personally and professionally. For KW Inc Life, I want to continue expanding our reach by supporting more licensed agents across the country, providing them with mentorship, tools, and strategies to build thriving businesses. I also plan to grow our programs for women, like the Women in Business Cohort and self-care series, so we can empower even more women to take bold steps in their careers and personal lives.
One of the highlights I’m looking forward to is our annual Women in Business Seminar in December. It’s a powerful space for networking, learning, and collaboration, where women can gain insights, mentorship, and inspiration to take their next step.
Big changes are always part of growth, and I’m excited to keep innovating, challenging myself, and helping others step into their purpose while building security and confidence.
