Today we’d like to introduce you to Adam Bradley.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
One thing that makes my story unique is that I have a background in commercial videography. I moved out to Denver to work on the marketing team at Chipotle and doing commercial work. It was then that I had a friend get married and asked me to shoot his wedding. I brought my passion for creating good videos and storytelling into shooting weddings. I have been doing this for 10 years and it progressively grew over the years. I started traveling internationally my 4th year of shooting weddings and haven’t looked back
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
No major bumps. The biggest challenge was how to scale and grow the business side of Aflatis. I had years of experience producing videos and telling stories, but learning how to grow the business was a learning curve for me. Inquiries continue to roll in and now the biggest challenge is navigating through all the inquiries while maintaining a high-end approach to our cinematic films
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My primary business is running Aflatis, a local high end cinematic wedding film business. We are a small team that shoots locally, but also travels all over the world for high end weddings. I love being able to use the wedding day as a backdrop to really encapsulate the stories of people. Very few people have videos of themselves, verses photos. So, I try to take advantage of this opportunity and help tell the broader story when possible and give couples a film that will last then a lifetime.
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
We have a very custom and boutique-style approach. We like to use any additional types of videos or shoot to help tell that broader story. Love to travel all over the world. Storytelling is what sets us apart. I also have established a commercial video production company – Spiration (www.spiration.tv). You can see my wedding work at www.Aflatis.tv.
I also have a history of teaching workshops, speaking all over the nation, and mentorships. I believe in the power of networking.
I also co-host a wedding podcast called Wedding Videography School
