Today we’d like to introduce you to Arielle Coree.
Hi Arielle, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Like many women, I spent years trying to fit myself into expectations that were never designed for who I truly was. I became incredibly skilled at achieving, producing, and carrying the weight of responsibility, but underneath it all was a deeper question that refused to leave me alone:
Why are so many people disconnected from themselves?
That question really became a lifelong pursuit.
Over the last decade, I immersed myself in the worlds of healing, spirituality, nervous system work, ceremony, consciousness, and human transformation. What began as a personal search evolved into something much larger.
In 2020, I channeled Akilah Celestial Healing Frequency (ACHF), a healing modality that has since reached people around the world. Overtime, it has become a living frequency that helps souls reconnect with themselves, their bodies, the Earth, and the deeper intelligence that exists within all of us.
The experience of channeling this frequency, and witnessing it touch the lives of souls all over the world through private and group sessions, attunement and beyond, has truly changed the trajectory of my life.
Today, I am the founder of ACHF, a healer, ceremonial guide, teacher, musician, and speaker. I facilitate transformational experiences for people across the globe, train practitioners in the ACHF modality, and lead women through journeys of soul restoration, remembrance, and embodied leadership.
Much of my work centers around a question I believe many people are quietly asking:
What would happen if we stopped trying to become someone else and instead remembered who we already are?
That question has led me to create ceremonies, containers, events, healing experiences, music, and communities devoted to helping women reconnect with themselves in a way that changes the world as we’ve grown to know it.
What excites me most is how this work extends far beyond individual healing. We are living in a time where people are hungry for meaning, belonging, connection, and reverence. They are seeking something deeper than productivity and surface level connection. They are longing to feel fully alive again, and I believe my role is to help create spaces where that remembering becomes possible.
Looking back, every chapter of my life feels like such sacred preparation for what I do now.
The mountains.
Motherhood.
The questions.
The initiations.
The moments that cracked me open and the moments that put me back together.
They all led me right here.
Today, I have the privilege of serving people across the world while continuing to build a body of work devoted to restoration, ceremony, and helping humanity remember the wisdom that has been within us all along.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely has not been a smooth road.
I think one of the biggest misconceptions people have when they look at someone who has built a successful business or created something impactful is that they somehow arrived there with unwavering confidence.
My experience was the opposite.
Many of the hardest moments had very little to do with business and everything to do with identity.
Every time I was invited into a bigger version of myself, I had to confront the parts of me that wanted to stay small. The parts that worried what people would think. The parts that questioned whether I was qualified enough, ready enough, or capable enough to carry the work I felt called to do.
When you choose an unconventional path, there is no roadmap. There are very few people who can tell you exactly how to build it because you are creating (or in my case, channeling) something that does not yet exist in this realm.
Building the legacy and movement that has come with the embodiment of my work (Soul Restoration, ACHF, The Ceremonial Woman)…it was all very much that experience.
There were moments where I questioned myself. Moments where I wasn’t just brought down to my knees in surrender but I was brought belly to Earth – in complete rewiring of identity, purpose, worth, love, vitality…all of it. Moments where I wondered if people would understand what I was sharing. Moments where visibility felt uncomfortable. Moments where I considered making myself easier to understand instead of remaining true to what I was receiving and experiencing.
What I have learned is that every meaningful thing I have created required a deeper level of self-trust than I thought I possessed at the time.
Motherhood also became one of my greatest teachers.
Learning how to build a business, steward a growing body of work, and remain deeply present for my daughter invited me to redefine success entirely. I became far less interested in achievement for achievement’s sake and far more interested in creating a life that felt aligned and free. One where she will never have to commit to remembering who she is because I’ve guided her in such a way that she never forgets in the first place.
And then, there is the deepest challenge, which has always been learning how I can honor my own voice…fully.
To trust what I know before the world validates it.
To keep walking when the path ahead isn’t visible.
To continue choosing authenticity above all else.
And honestly, looking back, I would not remove any of the struggles (the ones I’ve named and the ones I heal in silence), because they shaped the foundation of everything I teach today.
The women I work with are often standing at the edge of their own next chapter, wrestling with self-doubt, visibility, trust, and transformation. I can meet them there because I have stood there myself.
Every challenge has become part of the medicine I bring into this world.
Every initiation has deepened the embodiment of my work.
And every step has taught me how to trust myself more fully than the step before or anything outside of me.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
This is always a funny question for me because what I do doesn’t fit neatly into a box. Even my clients struggle to put it’s depth and potency into words but, I will do my best…
On paper, I’m a shaman and the founder of Akilah Celestial Healing Frequency (ACHF). I facilitate Soul Restoration sessions. I train practitioners. I lead ceremonies. I create music. I mentor women. I hold retreats and sacred experiences. I help other mystics and healers launch and organize parts of their business that require more of that masculine energy (the parts that help your business run essentially).
But if you asked me what I actually do?
The answer woven throughout all of that is actually pretty simple – I help women come home to themselves.
That is the thread running through everything.
The woman who comes to me is rarely looking for healing in the way she thinks she is. She thinks she needs clarity. Confidence. A strategy. The next certification. The answer. The relationship. The business breakthrough. The modality. And most often, those things do arrive as we work together. But underneath all of it is usually something much deeper.
She misses herself. She has become disconnected from her body, her intuition, her desires, her voice, her relationship with the Earth, her sense of belonging, her own inner knowing. And my work is helping her to remember all of it.
To remember that she is not separate from Gaia or the Divine.
To remember that nothing is outside of her.
That is why Soul Restoration became the name of my flagship work, followed by The Ceremonial Woman & Becoming Ceremonial Women (my 9-month program new this year).
Because I don’t believe women need fixing. I believe they need remembering. I believe we live in a world that teaches women to abandon themselves very early. To override what they know. To make themselves smaller. To manage. To prove. To carry. To give. To become everything for everyone else. And eventually, we wake up one day and realize we have become strangers to ourselves.
What I am known for is creating spaces where that separation begins to finally dissolve.
Sometimes that looks like regular healing sessions.
Sometimes it looks like a deeper ceremony (but through this we simultaneously remember we don’t do ceremony, we ARE ceremony – more on that later…)
Sometimes it looks like a conversation where a woman finally hears her own truth out loud for the first time.
Sometimes it looks like sitting with her beside a fire, standing barefoot on the Earth, listening to the wisdom her body has been trying to share all along.
Here, in my sacred corner of the healing space, the modality is never really the point. The remembering is.
So, I guess what sets my work apart is that I am not trying to lead women somewhere outside of themselves. I am constantly guiding them back inward. Back to their own innate wisdom. Back to their own relationship with Spirit, Gaia, and the elements. Back to their own relationship with their body. Back to reciprocity. Back to reclamation around things like prayer, ceremony, creation, and the mysteries of the womb. Back to the places where they already know.
I spend a lot of my time in my work listening. Listening beneath the words. Listening for the places where a woman has forgotten her own power. Listening for what her soul is trying to say. And then holding up the mirror so she can see it too.
What am I most proud of?
Honestly, the ripple. Watching a woman trust herself again. Watching her soften. Watching her stop asking everyone else for permission. Watching her remember that she belongs to herself and this realm. Watching her remember that she IS the ceremony.
Because when that happens, everything changes…
The way she mothers.
The way she loves.
The way she leads.
The way she creates.
The way she walks through the world.
And from where I sit, there is no greater work than that (and raising my beautiful daughter of course).
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
I could probably answer this question for pages because I genuinely do not believe any of us arrive where we are alone.
The first person who comes to mind is my dear friend, sister, and first mentor, Emily Greene, known by many as Emily the Medium.
I stepped into intuitive mentorship with Emily in 2017, long before ACHF existed in the form it does today. She was one of the first people who truly encouraged me to trust what I was sensing, experiencing, and receiving. Over the years, our relationship evolved from mentor and student into a deep friendship and sisterhood, and I am endlessly grateful for the role she has played in my life.
Another is Jen Taylor.
Jen entered my life as a somatic therapist and became something far more. Today, she is a dear friend, medicine woman, and someone I have the honor of walking beside both personally and professionally. We have supported one another through immense transformation and now get to guide other women alongside one another. There is something incredibly sacred about relationships that evolve in that way.
I would also be remiss not to acknowledge my Spirit Team and guides.
Whether someone understands that language literally or metaphorically, I have never felt alone in this work. There has always been a deeper intelligence, a deeper wisdom, walking beside me and helping illuminate the next step.
And then there are the women.
Every woman I have ever had the privilege of sitting with.
Every woman who trusted me enough to share her story, her grief, her joy, her fears, her hopes, and her becoming.
People often assume I am the one doing the teaching, but the truth is that I learn constantly from the women I serve. There is a profound reciprocity in this work. Every session, every ceremony, every conversation leaves me changed as well.
In many ways, they have helped shape the woman I am today just as much as I have supported them.
Beyond that, I find myself grateful for things that may seem unusual to include on a list like this.
The trauma I have walked.
The heartbreaks.
The loves I have lost and the loves that remained.
The seasons that stretched me beyond what I thought I could hold.
The moments that brought me to my knees and the moments that helped me stand again.
They all belong here too.
I am deeply indebted to Gaia, to the Earth itself, which has been one of my greatest teachers. So much of my own healing happened through reconnecting with nature, with my body, and with the realization that neither were ever separate from one another.
And honestly, every job I have ever held, every person I have crossed paths with, every open door, every closed door, every unexpected turn in the road has contributed something.
Life itself has been the teacher.
One of the core beliefs I live by is that everything carries medicine if we are willing to receive it.
My body is the altar.
Life is the ceremony.
And every person, experience, challenge, and blessing has helped shape the work I now have the honor of bringing into the world.
