Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniela Orange

Hi Daniela, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I was born in Colombia and got to live there until I become a teenager. After that I moved to USA and that brought a lot of change in my life. I grow up with a single mom that I love with all my heart but had a lot of limited beliefs about life that didn’t make so much sense to me.When I was done with high school I went to college for political science. It was the most depressing time of my life. I started to get curious about spirituality and how the mind works.I wanted a change. My first path on this journey was Yoga. I started to practice just because I liked how all the poses looked. But little by little that practice started to change me and the way I wanted to live my life. After almost 4 years of being a student I decided to become a teacher and went to India to get my certification.I realized that being flexible was not enough for people to make a change. I wanted more so I decided to study Holistic Health. And mix both of these things together to create a practice that can help woman to heal and connect with their own self. With the years I started working on my feminine energy and everything that comes with that.
It’s been a beautiful journey and I keep studying and sharing my experiences with others, showing them that living a life with purpose is possible and it’s pretty much what we all came to do.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
I’m a believer that struggles are what makes us more wiser. I have definitely face a lot of them with family and personal growth. At the beginning of my career I struggle with believing in myself and because of that my family thought the same. They would make fun of my practices because they didn’t understand anything. But that didn’t stop me and I kept on working on my self with love, discipline and faith. I keep showing to events and ceremonies to talk about feminine energy, the power of the mind and even share cacao medicine. I remember my legs and voice shaking of how nervous I was.But I knew that all this things could change people life’s because it changed mine. The only way to stop struggling is surrendering to the struggle and see what it has to teach us.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m Holistic Mentor that focus on woman that want to make a change in their lives but don’t know how to start. I do this through yoga, nutrition and mindfulness. I understand that we are all different and our bodies and minds need special care, attention and energy to change. I’m very well know for making woman feel more confident, healthy and sexy. I have both of the best worlds, my latina roots help me to be very passionate about my work and connect in a deeper level with my clients.
My approach is different because I don’t believe in balance, I believe that if you want a real change you need to be radical in your life and I don’t tell them what they want to hear, I tell them what they need to hear in order to make the change. Always coming from love.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
At the center of everything there is always God. When we have a relationship with God it’s easy to connect with our life purpose. My journey has always show me that God and my life purpose are the center of my growth. The more I learn the more sure I feel that when we work on expanding that center we gain clarity to act upon the things we want in our life.
