Today we’d like to introduce you to Krista Hildebrandt.

Hi Krista, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am seasonally self-employed in the summer with my design to build a Landscape company. I work for myself as a landscape designer, contractor, and gardener. In the winter, I am employed by Vail Resorts as the Snow Safety Director.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The economy directly affects making money or not.

Costs of shipping and availability have directly affected doing business.

Environmental factors always play in as well, especially concerning water and winter precipitation.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Family, friends, and being outside year-round in Colorado especially.
