Today we’d like to introduce you to Kristen Smith.

Hi Kristen, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started in 2019 in school in Jacksonville, Florida. Fresh out of school, I was hired at LASH JAX and taught everything from lashes to brows to skincare. Through hard work and dedication, I was taught how to hand-make lash fans and took me about six months to get my speed and consistency perfect. In Florida, I worked my way up to a manager position at LASH and was training our employees internally and teaching classes to the public. I love teaching and working with clients and enjoy seeing them on a weekly to monthly basis and take so much pride in my work. I try to teach my clients as much as they can about lash extensions when they come to see me so they know how to properly care for their lashes. I also always guarantee my work! Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It was hard to make every lash fan perfect and consistent with the next.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a licensed esthetician who specializes in lash extensions and Microblading! I guarantee all my work and control my climate which also results in better lash retention especially in this dry climate.

What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
Stay humble, Do your work and it will all pay off!
