Conversations with Rob Tz

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rob Tz

Hi Rob, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I was born in Waterloo Iowa and took an interest in music at a very young age. My grandmother started me in drum lessons at the age of five and by the time I was nine I was the backup for the drummer at my grandads church. I then began my journey into drumlines and drill teams and rapping.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It’s been ups and downs but music has been the one consistency in my life

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I call myself Mr connect the dots. Anything that has to deal with the entertainment I have some parts in it. It all started with drumming which lead to production and writing my own music. Fast forward to the present and now I’m setting up mobile staging, lighting, and sound, stage managing, booking talent, and curating my own events.

How do you think about happiness?
Seeing people enjoy what I’ve created because it gives me a sense of fulfillment.
