We have 10 years of experience in culinary art
We started at the beginning of the pandemic 2 talented chefs who were left without work due to covid 19, there we decided to start a secret of flavors and recipes from us. We started with Puerto Rican pastries and donuts. In our beginnings, we started giving gifts so that people could try us. When we got feedback from people about the donuts, they commented on how delicious, fluffy and light the donut was. Some customers told me it was like eating a cloud of balanced flavors. There we began to develop more flavors and more creations. Right now we rent a kitchen and at the moment we work under pre-orders. We are the first website to offer you a pastry and home delivery service.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No road is easy, I would say. Everything we want takes time, sacrifice, effort, and hard work. We are still on the difficult road to carry out the secret, fighting every day for our family to grow. And to be able to fulfill our goals. things have not been easy, but in all success, there must be perseverance.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
our specialty – we honestly know how to cook everything but my specialty is brunch, brunch is when I feel my ideas fly and I like to create. On the other hand, my partner loves to cook something passionate and talented when creating, his specialty fine dining, good food. we are two different but equal talents. something that separates us from others, in addition to our ideas that we may have. our product and our flavor. Everything we do is made completely fresh from the recipe of each dough until each filling is created by the secret. Like when we do every season, sometimes it takes us days to make each product and donut perfect for you, if we don’t change and do it again from the beginning until it is as it should. both in terms of taste and art and smell. We want each bite to be a pleasure for your palate.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Thanks today to social networks we can see what other people on the other side of the world are doing, which are ideas that motivate us to continue doing different things, books are very good to keep you informed about recipes, steps and procedures. Traveling the world and trying other flavors and having a different experience is part of our system that helps us make a better effort to bring something different. Working in the kitchen or being a pastry chef contains a great responsibility to continue creating, so we have to use everything that can keep us informed to continue bringing new things to our public.
