Daily Inspiration: Meet Bron Lowe

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bron Lowe.

Bron, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve always loved photography. From a very young age, I remember grabbing my mom’s camera all the time and taking photos of the mountains, animals, and nature.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Starting my business has never been easy. The decision to start it? Absolutely! I started out knowing what I wanted to do but wasn’t sure how to get there. I took a few business classes and followed lots of photography groups for advice.

Comparing my work to others has probably been one of my biggest challenges. Thinking I’m not good enough. One thing I have learned is you can’t compare yourself to others. Everyone has their unique style, technique, and way of doing things.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My photography style is a more true-to-life color with a little boldness thrown in. I want people to look at their photos years from now and still be in love with them. I think that has set me apart. Not following trends for the latest style. I do a mixture of things now. Weddings, families, elopements and boudoir.

What do you think about happiness?
My kids. They are my greatest achievement in life. I love teaching them, watching them grow, and loving them! Also dogs. Because dogs are just the greatest!
