Daily Inspiration: Meet Catherine Marquez

Today we’d like to introduce you to Catherine Marquez.

Hi Catherine, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My soul’s journey began 15 years ago with a subtle call to learn Curanderismo – the healing art of my ancestors; the First Nations of North, Central and South America. Raising two children as a single mother in Denver, I worked full-time and took 1-2 classes a semester to achieve a bachelor’s degree – a long and arduous journey. Slowly, the Universe was aligning synchronistic events that allowed me to transition out of the healthcare industry where I had worked for 40 years. Throughout this time, my children grew and became independent and I had time to pursue my ideas and endeavors. I started my own business and now live a fulfilling and meaningful life, knowing I’m contributing to the greater good of the whole.

I am passionate about helping others heal and rise above trauma and wounding so they can achieve their soul’s purpose for being on earth during this time of chaos and crisis. I educate others regarding our true potential to effect positive change in the world through communion with Source Energy and reanimation of our true identity. I am committed to resurrecting ancient wisdom to address contemporary issues facing Earth and all living beings.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Obstacles are a natural part of life that hone us for greater challenges and leadership, if we perceive them from this perspective. This is Eagle vision, the ability to perceive at higher levels of consciousness that result in creation of positive, life-affirming realities.

Combining ancient wisdom with innovative techniques, I inspire and empower humanity to achieve our divine destiny through alignment and connection with our “true identity” and purpose for being here at this time in earth’s history.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
I am a Denver native and have witnessed many changes. Cultural diversity, inclusion and tolerance of many different lifestyles has grown over the course of many decades. We must feel safe and supported in order to heal, thrive and reconnect with our ability to nurture and promote acceptance, inclusion, love, tolerance and cooperation in our families and communities. Thus, we create a world in which we bring forth a legacy of peace and prosperity for all. Renewing our sacred bond with Source Energy is essential to survival of every living being on earth.
