Hi Danette, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Starting my business was a journey fueled by determination and a thirst for knowledge. I embraced education, both in school and through books, to build a strong foundation. As an entrepreneur, I successfully subcontracted with diverse entities like Boulder, Blazing Cloud Consulting, and ESS Substitute. Currently, I’m furthering my career by studying real estate, aiming to create generational wealth and secure a prosperous future. This blend of education, hard work, and strategic partnerships has been key to my success.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Initially, some of the biggest challenges were balancing education with building the business, learning the ins and outs of subcontracting, and establishing trust with clients like Blazing Cloud Consulting. There were moments of uncertainty and tough decisions, especially while managing school and work simultaneously. But staying focused on my goals and continuously educating myself helped me overcome these hurdles and grow stronger as an entrepreneur.

I love working with my community and being a substitute teacher. Teaching allows me to make a positive impact and truly be part of the community, which means a lot to me.
My attitude and the strength of my personal experience—it’s a powerful combination that sets me apart and helps me connect deeply with others.
