Hi Dr. Adrian, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Hi!
Hmm, a life summary so far…
I love to travel and have lived in many places, including Sweden, where I earned a teaching degree. After working with refugees for several years, I moved to Colorado and started a family. Becoming a mother has been life-changing; a continued awakening, and as I started observing and listening to my intuition on deeper levels, I stopped self-sacrificing. After 10 years of study into higher consciousness, I now have my PhD in Metaphysical Counseling. I do business as Intuitive Sounds and offer channeled intuitive healing sessions that include sound, Reiki light, and reflective readings in alignment with Universal Presence. In group settings, I offer Psychic Sound Baths to the Denver community and Creative Movement classes to kids. Creative Movement combines kids’ yoga, music, and visual art activities. Youth love it! Retreats and Cosmic Soirees are also part of Intuitive Sounds’ offerings.
When I am on my own, I enjoy being in my garden and listening to the waterfall, just being, allowing the thoughts to come and go.
As a vegan artist, musician, writer, and teacher, I love connecting with the community to expand the inner circle.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Life always brings challenges, so I practice observing the self beyond dualistic norms while focusing on the silver lining.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are all artists, creating our own lives within the mirrors of one another.
My holistic work includes and fuses higher conscious connections through channeled readings and healing sessions in person or online, visual art, music, plant-based perspectives, writing, and interacting with people in various ways and settings to release fear-based energy and develop our higher frequencies.
Beyond duality and patriarchal norms, a unified field of consciousness exists within the mirrors of ease and conflict.
Currently, I am working on my fourth book, entitled “The Healer’s Handbook.”

Colorado offers so much nature to experience. It is wonderful! Lyons is a favorite spot for my son and me. We love driving around Denver and all its surrounding areas. There is always something new to discover or someone new to meet.
The energy of the space is open, expanding, and curious.
