Daily Inspiration: Meet Ericka List

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ericka List. She share her story with us below:

Ericka List is a disabled female veteran who recently retired after over 25 years of service in the Air Force and Space Force. She started photographing her two boys and found a passion for landscape photography. While landscape photography still calls to her, she loves to explore new concepts, collaborate on fun new projects, and is always looking for a challenge.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
Her biggest hurdle is balance. Finding a balance between family, a full-time job, and a photography business can be challenging. There’s never quite enough time to do it all!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Photography is a passion and Ericka enjoys a photographic challenge.

She’s braved frigid temps to “get the shot.” She has photographed concerts by herself to support military Gold Star families with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (T.A.P.S). She has donated artwork to auctions to provide services for fellow military veterans.
