Daily Inspiration: Meet Eva Davis

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eva Davis.

Hi Eva, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Right now, I’m involved in the entertainment industry. I started bartending at an event center and promoting for local events & music festivals. I’m also working on my portfolio for modeling and becoming a yoga teacher on the side. Now I’m promoting for bigger events like EDC, just got published in a fashion magazine, and getting published in a book about women empowerment set to release this winter!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It definitely is not the smoothest road to be in an industry like this. I’m still looking for an agency to represent me and it’s also hard on your self-esteem sometimes. Even when you wanna quit you just have to keep going. I’m also still working on getting 200 hours down to teach yoga.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m still working on building a career for myself but I’m mostly excited and proud about my first publication. I’ve been working at this for at least a year and the progress I’ve made is still unbelievable. My ambition drives me and I’ll never stop until I get what i want.

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
Even though building something and making something of yourself is hard it’s important to remember to enjoy the journey. The man who enjoys walking is always gonna go farther than the man who enjoys the destination.
