Hi Gaia, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am an intuitive healer + energetic herbalist. As a highly sensitive empath, I’ve learned to embrace the wisdom of my emotions and the energy of the world around me. My journey as a healer has been shaped by my deep connection to Mother Earth; I am always in awe of the sacred web of life that binds us all.

I am trained as a Reiki Master, Women’s Guidance Facilitator, Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Postpartum Yoga Teacher, but my truest education has come through the process of healing myself and learning to live intuitively and intentionally. Through my own struggles, I discovered that living connected to Spirit within me is the key to inner healing and peace. This realization birthed Forest Moon Medicine, an offering born from my own healing path—a space where the flow of healing energy can ripple out into the world through me.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has been a smooth road at times but not always. Staying in alignment with my purpose and my path always increases alignment. Flowing with opportunities and connections that are meant for me always increases ease. Forcing things or trying to be understood by the wrong people decreases ease.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am an intuitive healer! My modalities include reiki energy healing, tarot, kundalini activation, chakra work, energetic herbalism, and community gatherings. I specialize in channeling divine energy, and in holding the Light that all beings may see their own hearts and inner divine Truth illuminated. I’ve always been known for my energy. People have always told me that they feel safe with me, and that I’m both grounding and uplifting. I’m proud to be able to offer my Soul work to the collective, using my natural gifts to serve others. I see myself as a bridge between earth and cosmos–I channel the energy of both and share that with my clients, helping them find their way on their own journeys.

What were you like growing up?
I am a highly sensitive person! I’ve always known I was different than “most people”. I feel everything very deeply. It comes with challenges too; I get overwhelmed easily by crowds, loud noises, bright lights, big energies, etc. Growing up my interests included time in nature, reading, playing piano, and connecting with other people.
