Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabelle Paysinger
Hi Isabelle, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I began my professional journey in Brazil at a very young age, driven by the desire to gain my independence and explore my creativity. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work in major companies across various sectors, including automotive, banking, engineering, and beauty, always focusing on consumer relations and marketing.
My quest for new experiences led me to undertake two exchanges in the United States, where I worked as a waitress and a nanny. These experiences not only broadened my cultural horizons but also taught me the importance of understanding and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
After returning to Brazil, I started my own social media marketing company, which began to thrive. However, the decision to move back to the U.S. meant starting over from scratch—a challenge I embraced with courage.
Motherhood guided me on a path of self-discovery and spirituality. I learned that the human mind can both imprison and liberate us, and I began to leverage this understanding to my advantage. While I initially didn’t know how to monetize this new phase of my life, my passion for marketing remained a constant.
It was then that a friend gifted me a course on User-Generated Content (UGC), which reignited my passion for digital marketing. Today, after six months of hard work, I have a social media-focused company with a dedicated team of three people. Thanks to our collective effort and our focus on providing personalized and unique service to each client, we are achieving significant success.
I am excited to bring my diverse experience, passion for marketing, and commitment to creativity and personalization to this new opportunity. I believe that with my background and skills, I can make a valuable contribution to [name of the company or project].
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
My struggles have been numerous. I believe that financial challenges and my mindset have always been my greatest obstacles. I had no idea how challenging it would be to be an immigrant—how much energy you lose missing things you didn’t even realize you missed, crying over situations you never imagined would affect you. Additionally, life brings situations that force you to confront and heal past wounds you thought were long buried.
As an immigrant, you often feel like just another face in the crowd until you prove your worth to yourself and to others. This journey requires immense emotional strength, resilience, determination, and certainly, financial planning.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I help small and medium-sized businesses define their goals and transform them into a strong online presence on social media. I place a strong emphasis on creating unique, visually appealing content that aligns with the values of my clients and is authentic.
One of my key differentiators is my creativity, commitment, and passion for my work. These are qualities that no one can take away from me.
Additionally, all of my employees are Brazilian, trained and financially supported by my company’s mission to provide opportunities for talented individuals who may not always be recognized.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Embrace Fear and Shine Your Light:
Don’t be afraid; fear is an ingredient of life, and we can’t remove it, but we can recognize and embrace it. Don’t wait for the perfect moment to start; don’t wait for everything to be aligned and flawless. Move forward with what you have in the present. Practice humility and let go of the baggage that no longer belongs to you.
Allow yourself to live and share with the world the unique talents that make you who you are. Each of us has something special, and social media is here to prove that. Show the world your light—there is someone out there waiting for it.
