Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmin Whitlock.
Hi Jazmin, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey into healing began in 2018, when I moved to Denver with my husband in search of a fresh start. I felt called to reconnect with myself in a more grounded and intentional way, and Colorado felt like the perfect place to begin. A friend introduced me to crystal healing, and through that doorway, I found the local wellness community and began exploring a range of modalities — from Reiki and somatic healing to sound therapy and eventually breathwork. The first time I experienced breathwork, I felt a shift. It was like remembering a part of myself I hadn’t connected with in years. I realized pretty quickly that this wasn’t just something I was curious about — it felt like something I was always meant to do.
That session was the spark that led me to train as a certified breathwork facilitator as well as a Reiki practitioner, completing my Level 1 and 2 certifications. At the same time, I was still working in corporate marketing, building campaigns and brands for Fortune 500 companies. While I loved the creativity and structure of that world, I knew my purpose was elsewhere — in helping others heal, reconnect, and soften back into their truth. I created CloudHaus Healing as a space to merge those two worlds: intuitive, energetic healing and strategic, impactful experience design.
Now, I offer private sessions, group ceremonies, and intentional events that blend energy work with emotional support and nervous system healing. CloudHaus is the culmination of everything I’ve learned — as a space holder, a businesswoman, and someone who has walked through transformation and come out the other side more whole. Starting this practice felt like something my spirit has been preparing for my whole life — and now, I finally get to share it.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely not — but every challenge shaped this path in a way I now feel grateful for. I became certified in breathwork and Reiki at the end of 2022 with the intention of deepening my own healing while slowly building a business that could one day replace my corporate career. But in early 2023, I became pregnant with my son, and everything changed. What started as a joyful new chapter quickly became a difficult one — my pregnancy came with intense complications, chronic pain, and several hospitalizations that left me physically and emotionally depleted.
When my son, Liam Forest, arrived safely, my heart cracked open in the most beautiful way. I decided to pause everything and focus entirely on rest, recovery, and ultimately, new motherhood. That first year of motherhood came with its own challenges, including postpartum depression. I gave myself permission to pour all my energy into loving and nurturing my son and rebuilding my strength. That decision also meant pressing pause on my business dreams once again.
In May 2025, after nearly a decade in corporate, I had a powerful realization: I was done giving all of my time, creativity, and energy to the corporate 9–5 grind. So I made the leap. I quit my stable job and went all in on CloudHaus Healing based on my intuition alone. I’ve been rebuilding from the ground up ever since, balancing healing, motherhood, and entrepreneurship. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been deeply fulfilling. I feel more alive, more free, and more aligned than ever.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m the founder of CloudHaus Healing — a heart-led practice offering breathwork, Reiki, ritual, and energy work to support people of all gender identities in coming home to themselves. I bring both softness and structure to my work — guiding with intuitive presence while also creating safe containers that invite clarity, embodiment, and self-trust. Whether it’s a one-on-one session or a group ceremony, I create spaces that are soft, grounding, and transformative — where people feel safe to reconnect with their bodies and their inner truth.
What truly sets my work apart is the blend of my spiritual practice with my strategic background. I spent over a decade working in corporate marketing, working with high-level business owners and C-Suite executives. That experience taught me how to communicate clearly, translate nuanced ideas into digestible insights, and create meaningful, trust-building experiences. But more importantly, it opened my eyes to how deeply disconnected so many people are from their joy. I saw firsthand how burnout, perfectionism, and chronic overwhelm were silently draining some of the most brilliant, hard-working people I knew. I knew I wanted to be part of the solution — not just by helping others heal, but by showing them that a more aligned, joyful, and soul-connected life is possible.
That’s the vision behind CloudHaus Healing. It’s not just a healing studio — it’s an experience. From the moment someone enters the space, they’re met with warmth, intentionality, and care. I blend somatic practices like breathwork and Reiki with modern, down-to-earth guidance, creating an environment that feels both magical and deeply human. Every offering is infused with lived experience — shaped by my own journey through motherhood, burnout, and soul-led transformation. I’m incredibly proud to now walk alongside others as they reclaim their joy and remember who they truly are.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I truly believe none of us do this alone — and I’ve been incredibly blessed to have people in my corner who have held me, encouraged me, and poured into me throughout every chapter of this journey.
First and foremost, my husband Austin deserves the deepest gratitude. He has stood beside me through every layer of my becoming since we got married in 2018. Through every season — from corporate burnout to spiritual awakening, to motherhood and the launch of this healing business — he has been unwavering in his support. He believed in this dream even before I had the courage to fully claim it, and he was the one who gave me the final loving push to leave my corporate job and trust the unknown. His belief in me has never wavered, and that has made all the difference.
I also have to give credit to my incredible circle of friends and family. I’ve been so lucky to be surrounded by the most loving, grounded, and encouraging people throughout my life. My parents have always been a steady source of motivation and belief — they raised me with the mindset that I could achieve anything I set my heart to, and that belief shaped the way I navigate the world. My friends have shown up for me in every season — traveling across the country to be by my side during milestone moments, holding space for me when I’ve doubted myself, and reminding me of my magic when I forget. I truly believe we are shaped by the people we surround ourselves with — and I feel so proud of the community I get to call mine.
These people have each poured into me in ways I can never fully repay — but their love and belief live in every layer of CloudHaus Healing.
