Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Hansmann.

Hi Jessica, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
At a young age, I was drawn to Real Estate & how the industry works.

Working for several top realtors at RE/MAX in high school and then I attended Colorado State University and earned a BS in Business Administration with a Real Estate concentration. After college, I worked in the mortgage & financial industries, which led me to join a Denver brokerage firm, KM Luxury Homes, as a Realtor.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I navigated the unpredictability of the mortgage industry which gave me important real estate industry knowledge & insight which has helped me in every transaction as a Realtor.

As a Realtor, I pride myself on being an expert & guide throughout the entire real estate process. During the transaction, I provide superior customer service; while advocating for your best interests.

I am in constant communication with you every step of the way including giving you resources & detailed information to allow you to make informed decisions. I am passionate about providing an exceptional experience to each one of my clients.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
Helping my clients, friends and family find their perfect home! It brings me so much joy to watch them make the house into their home with all their updates, decorating, and love.
