Today we’d like to introduce you to Karen “Kiki” Barski, RN BSN.
Hi Karen, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
My spiritual journey began through a series of unfortunate events… the tragic loss of a child and best friend, all within one year. Surely, these terrible occurrences could have broken me, irreparably, but with the help of spirit and intuition guiding me, I was able to look into the deeper meanings of my “losses”, which eventually opened me up to a new world and a “state” of being, acceptance and even full and profound peace with my losses. I call them ‘losses’, but today I realize they were not truly losses, but lessons.
I was re-birthed through trauma.
Every challenge, trauma, and teacher has brought me to “right here right now”, and I thank God for that every day.
My stillborn child, even though he never took his first breath, was one of my greatest teachers. This allowed me to gain my voice, strength, and power to break free from my current programs which would eventually lead me to my current “purposeful” work as a healer.
To make a near-lifetime story short, my traumas expanded me into the woman and human that I am today.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Healing is messy, period! The struggles I faced were mostly self-realization of my “blocks” and then learning to work with my light and dark sides to balance and gain strength. With daily work, I was able to move from a hypervigilant mind to a feeling of safety and security by practicing meditation, mindfulness, journey, and breathwork.
After my personal healing work, the bumpy road became smoother. The river of life and the choices I made were healthier and flowed more easily. I learned to flow “with” life vs paddle against it. I learned to recognize synchronicities, and there are so many if your mind is clear and open to acknowledging them. Our minds are kept so busy these days “doing”,
I AM intuitive and highly Spiritual. I AM a guide. I enjoy studying the depth of human consciousness and the Divine Matrix that we are all ONE with. I have a deep intrinsic connection with all aspects of nature, the plants, animals, cetaceans, the Earth, and our Mother Gaia. I work in the Celestial and Angelic realm, with multiple Spirit Guides, the Universe, and the only ONE Great Spirit. My Spiritual teaching and lineage are Peruvian, Japanese, and Native American.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
