Daily Inspiration: Meet Kate Pendry

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kate Pendry.

Hi Kate, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
My psychic senses started when I was very young. Most profoundly was my ability to understand people energetically I could feel how they felt and “see” their entire life as if it were on a screen in front of me. At age 8, my first mediumship experience came when my grandfather visited me after he passed.

Fast forward to 2010. My husband had been diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 30. The human side of me wanted and hoped and wished that he would be okay, while my soul understood that he would eventually lose this battle although I wasn’t sure when.

Throughout his 3 year battle, I toggled back and forth to sustain life. The amount of uncertainty and stress experienced during this time surfaced in my connection to the Spirit world and my ability to understand the presence of energy. The same experiences I had had as a child, were now back and with clarity of why.

Working through the choices, the decisions, school, and the care of our two kids felt insurmountable. at the time. The type of support and guidance I needed was that of the Spirit world-divine wisdom and unconditional love, strength, and comfort.

In 2013, my husband passed away. Our kids 8 months and 5 years old instilled my need to strengthen my connection to the Divine energy and its support. When my late husband visited me 2 days after he passed I knew then, what I had been experiencing since childhood was true. That energy continues after we leave our physical body and I was meant to understand this through life experience myself. A personal encounter coming full circle from childhood through my adult life.

I left nursing in 2019, right before the pandemic. I started Kate Pendry Medium to support others in their time of grief and to help those working through and understanding energy. As a Psychic Medium, my work is inclusive of connecting to those who have passed as well as bringing clarity to people’s life paths here on the human plane.

I offer 1:1 readings, group readings, workshops, and mentoring. I believe we all have the capacity to learn and develop our innate psychic senses and through experience and a knowing I can help.

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
This road has not been smooth. It’s actually been a big personal lesson of looking at my own internal state and the areas necessary to heal packed in with the loss of my husband at 34 and raising two children. All of thanks a lot. It is also an incredibly motivating factor.

I believe Spiritual work allows us the opportunity to look inward and discover our limiting habits and patterns and how they may connect us to toxic or less-than-loving energies of people, places, and things. To be of service as a Psychic Medium I must be as clear as possible of my energies so I can connect and bring through loving and divine guidance to others.

This has been one of the largest challenges because we are human and life happens. However, it has been incredible to gain a perspective that wasn’t clearly visible to me before. In addition, this work requires dedication and commitment to staying true to how I show up and share with the world what I do.

The obstacle of how to explain the ways in which I work is challenging because it is often the experience and feeling from a session or event that people walk away with and understand as a personal and internal shift. It isn’t the words so much as it is a feeling that helps people in healing and transformation.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I consider myself a Spiritual Architect. Someone who can connect to the blueprint of your inner and outer world and help make sense of it, rewire and restructure it so life is manageable and clear. I believe everything is energy and it is energy that entangles our emotions, our minds, and our hearts.

With this energetic blueprint on the physical plane, I also connect with the Spirit world to help bring in necessary comfort, healing, support, and Divine guidance. I provide insight into who and what is around helping you from the other side with all love and Divine light.

I’m known for bringing through love and humor and instilling joy back into someone’s life with purpose. I do and teach this work because of personal experience through loss and the importance of building, understanding, and feeling a connection with clarity.
