Daily Inspiration: Meet Megan Kelly

Today we’d like to introduce you to Megan Kelly.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Having practiced for 25 years in Colorado, in 2018 I launched my own law firm with the aim of delivering first rate client services in the areas of trust and estate planning and corporate guidance in Colorado and Florida.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In the beginning we provided in home concierge services. As our clientele grew it became challenging for me to visit as many homes as we needed to. I grew my team and this has allowed us to once again provide concierge services to those have a difficult time coming in to our office, including those in hospital or a facility.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I love the creative aspect of practicing law. We develop personalized strategies that fit each of our client’s financial and family situation. I also love working with my young team who have so many great ideas for creatively marketing our product.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
One thing led to another as I developed my referral sources. Showing up as they say is the biggest part of what happens next. When you deliver world class services word of mouth creates great growth.
